Through a sustained policy of personnel recruitment, training and promotion, the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences has created a valuable teaching staff fund, able to cover at the theoretical, scientific and applicative levels all the teaching activities which are carried out according to the curricula. By means of this teaching staff policy, we intended to fully comply with the general legal provisions relating to higher education, leading both to the fulfillment of the accreditation standards in this area of specialization, and at the full-time employment of valuable professionals, with scientific and pedagogical vocation.
At present, the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences has the required number of teaching personnel, with full-time employment contracts, capable of providing the students with a high quality training and education and able to engage into scientific research activities at the level of current standards.
The Faculty
of Law and Administrative Sciences reunites a competent teaching
staff: Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors -
holding PhD scientific titles and - Assistants and Junior Assistants
who are in advanced stages of doctoral studies, graduates of the
Universities of Bucharest, Iasi, Constanta.
Within
the Faculty of Law and
Administrative Sciences, there are 25 members of the teaching
personnel who have a PhD and 11 members of the teaching personnel who
are doctoral students, many of them currently completing their
doctoral thesis.
All
the young members of the teaching staff have the MA title and they
have also graduated the Module for teaching staff training (DPPD).
